RISK ASSESSMENT
The purpose of a risk assessment is to conduct a review of your organization to include:

- Community Related Risks.
- Threat & Vulnerability Study.
From this assessment we will develope an analysis of your risk factors and vulnerability to provide indicators and isolate areas of concern based on your business model, mulnicipality, company standards and other criteria.
Follow up from this process involves National Protective Strategies personnel meeting with your management team to direct discussions regarding security, safety and operational infrastructure and investment modifications recommended. NPS personnel will work with you to develope an implementation plan to guide modifications accepted by your management representatives.
